Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Support Controller in day to day operations
  • Assist Procurement in Purchase Order support and day to day activities
  • Assist and coordinate Marketing efforts
  • Responsible for all document control and maintaining filing system
  • Liaising with office service providers as necessary
  • Liaising with building management on security issues, office maintenance, general facilities requests, etc.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post, including couriered packages.
  • Ordering stationery, office supplies, coffee/tea, etc.
  • Ensuring desks, offices, and meetings rooms are kept organized and tidy
  • Assist in responding to all client information requests in a timely manner
  • Providing general administrative support to Sales and other New York office staff

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and self direct
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong attention to details

Education

  • Bachelor/Associates Degree preferred, but not required
