Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Support Controller in day to day operations
- Assist Procurement in Purchase Order support and day to day activities
- Assist and coordinate Marketing efforts
- Responsible for all document control and maintaining filing system
- Liaising with office service providers as necessary
- Liaising with building management on security issues, office maintenance, general facilities requests, etc.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post, including couriered packages.
- Ordering stationery, office supplies, coffee/tea, etc.
- Ensuring desks, offices, and meetings rooms are kept organized and tidy
- Assist in responding to all client information requests in a timely manner
- Providing general administrative support to Sales and other New York office staff
Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, work independently and self direct
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong attention to details
Education
- Bachelor/Associates Degree preferred, but not required
